You can HEAL

Do I believe I can heal? Do I believe I am worthy of abundant health? Ask yourself these questions. Really sit within your center and let yourself answer. You may be surprised with what you hear.

We all have healing to do, whether that is physical, emotional, mental or spiritual healing. Sometimes we are needing to restore our selves in all areas of health. That is okay too.  

Abundance is a by product of who you really are. That means an amazing quality of life is your birthright! Healing yourself includes sitting in your center and viewing yourself the way our creator made us: blessed, loved, unique, and WORTHY!

Our thoughts literally create our reality friend!

This message is not to condemn you for your potentially hindering thoughts, but to LIBERATE you into a greater way of thinking. What if your subconscious beliefs are the very obstacle holding your back from better health and better quality of life? Is it possible to retrain these belief systems? Yes. Absolutely. I am living proof!

 Our thoughts are the MEDICINE! If negative thoughts create a chemical in your body such as cortisol, adrenaline, and histamine that cause disease; then could positive thoughts create healing hormones such as oxytocin, serotonin & dopamine? I believe it is safe to argue, yes!

I love this quote from Dr. Joe Dispenza..

“The fate of our cells is controlled by the chemistry of our blood.”

Our thoughts play an incredibly large role in the hormones we are producing and sending into the bloodstream. It wasn’t until I realized I was at a standstill with my physical health that I needed deep emotional, mental, and spiritual healing.

If our thoughts are the medicine promoting our health then SELF WORTH is the pharmacy. The pharmacy must exist to disperse the medication. Both are important in our healing journey.

Self worth (or therefore lack of) was one obstacle I had to overcome to move toward healing and an incredible quality of life. I had to abandon the limiting beliefs my body was broken, unable to heal itself, and most importantly questioning if I was WORTHY of great health. It was not that I ever told myself I didn’t deserve this amazing quality of life, but rather I had no idea the toxic lies my subconscious held onto. I had to get in there with the help of a few trusted emotional and energy healing professionals to do the work in my mind and replace limiting beliefs with TRUTH.

For when we know the truth, this truth will SET US FREE!  

 

What I know to be true: health challenges may be obstacles, but they can also be incredible teachers and blessings if we let them! If we can elevate ourselves above the circumstance and overcome with the power of our minds, and FAITH, our diagnosis will not remain our prognosis.

 

Here are a few tips from practices that have helped me transform and continue evolving..

 

Learning self worth starts with:

  1. A relationship with our creator & His infinite wisdom as to what He has created us to be- radiant, beautiful & a blessing to others.

  2. Prayer & meditation- when we can align our brain wave length patterns to the patterns that mimic the divine, true soul and body healing take place! Don’t just take my word for it, try it. :)

  3. Journaling or reflecting, being able to face and go through the pain that encompasses healing.

  4. Self care- take a walk in nature, sit in the sun, take an epsom salt bath, book an appointment with an energy healer!

  5. Elevating our state through nutrition- living plant based foods increase our vibration and thus our energy. Be mindful of what you are putting into your body and how it is affecting your mood.

 

Now I want to ask you again, do you see yourself as worthy of abundant health and an elevated state of well being?

Our bodies have an innate ability to heal.

We can give our bodies all the right foods, supplements, and therapies but if we don’t love ourselves, practice self care & believe we are worthy of receiving God's blessings and grace upon our lives then we will not move forward in our health.
