I serve as a Holistic Family Nurse Practitioner, Energy Healer, and Yoga Teacher.
Formerly I spent my years as a NICU nurse, Lactation Consultant, and Birth Doula.
We are all in need of healing, whether that entails physical, mental, emotional or spiritual healing.
When I was in the depths of my healing journey, I felt so alone and confused. I craved transparency and vulnerability from others with similar experiences.
I was desperate for healing information that had helped others.
I created this blog to provide others with what I needed most, and what I still need today on my healing journey - community. A place to share all of my knowledge with YOU.
As a chronic illness warrior, I’ve set out to change the way we live with symptoms and overall poor quality of life due to the foods, thoughts, and habits we consume daily.
