Let's Talk Heavy Metals⚡️
Let’s talk heavy metals..⚡️
I remember the first time a series of muscle testing confirmed I had an abundance of heavy metals in my body. My response at the time was “what can I say I love rock & roll!” HA! At the time, I really had no clue what that meant for my health..
Since then I have learned so much & come so far in detoxing these pesky pathogen feeders out of my body. Heavy metals can come from aluminum cans, beauty products, pharmaceuticals/vaccines, pesticides, herbicides & are most commonly consumed in the foods we eat and water we drink. We ALL have these toxins in our bodies contributing to health issues, some in higher concentrations than others. Heavy metals are a real thing! They’re not just a myth or scare tactic used to get consumers to buy a product.
In my case, heavy metals were feeding bad bacteria and a virus contributing to my autoimmune disease while simultaneously causing intense stress on my liver, kidneys and adrenals. My body could not keep up detoxing every day life & fighting off pathogens.
A simple, and delicious tool I have found effective in eliminating these metals from my system is the Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie inspired by Anthony William. It takes FIVE MINUTES to make and serves as a delicious snack or meal.
Combined these *ingredients* work synergistically to excrete the metals. They’re like all the players on a football team, carrying the ball to the end zone. Where the metals are the and the end zone is the toilet!
One simple smoothie that can assist your body with detoxifying such harmful toxins. Give it a try and let me know what you think!!
