Top three FAVORITE juice recipes!

My three FAVORITE juice recipes (after straight medicinal celery of course 😝):

1) 🍊1/2 cantaloupe, 1 sweet potato, 1 grapefruit, 1 orange & 1 apple

2) 🍐1 cucumber, 2 pears, thumb-sized chunk of ginger & 1 small pineapple

3) 🍎5 thick ribs celery, 1 cucumber, 4 apples

Adding juices into my diet was one of the biggest game changers in my health. I drink at least 3-4 of these a day for my first few meals and that’s the part of my day I’m feeling my best and most energetic. I know it’s the living enzymes and abundance of vitamins & minerals πŸ™ŒπŸ½

When making juice recipes you can literally combine anything! Just make sure if you’re doing all fruits to include leafy greens, celery, carrot or sweet potato, any vegetable really, not because of the sugar content but because of the necessary MINERAL SALTS our body needs in conjunction with the glucose fruits provide. I promise you’ll begin to feel so much better πŸ’š
