Chronic dehydration + living water πŸ’¦β˜€οΈπŸ₯’πŸ“

How I stay hydrated and healing in this summer heat..

Just plain ol' filtered water simply does not do the trick! Our bodies need LIVING WATER and active enzymes to properly hydrate and restore.

The majority of people today are chronically dehydrated whether we realize it or not. You may not even feel thirsty, just sluggish, tired, tight head, achy body/joints, etc.

Why are we so dehydrated? Not only are we active in this summer sun and sweating our water out, we are exposed to several toxins & pathogens each and every single day. These factors have a dehydrating effect on the body as they compete for our hydration and zap our energy. When we get dehydrated our blood gets thicker and our ability to detox and fight off pathogens decreases. Combine dehydration with our standard way of eating and we just don't feel that great. If you want to feel AMAZING and hydrated this summer-- consume LIVING WATER!

Living water is important because the water molecule needs an enzyme to bind to, to further penetrate the cell and carry into it the essential compounds needed in order to survive. When your body is flagging you with symptoms of dehydration or fatigue, it is letting you know to hydrate in a more optimal way.

Living water is as simple as squeezing a lemon into your water. Or even an orange with a handful of wild blueberries. Fruit extract, oils, and electrolyte packets are simply no to the same effect. You need the living component coming from a fresh fruit, vegetable or herb.

These are a few ways I love to get in living water:

-A lemon water first thing in the morning

-Juices throughout the day. When we consume fresh pressed juices that is the purest form of water we can consume, the produce perfectly filters and packs the juice with everything we need for energy (glucose) and hydration (minerals/enzymes).

-Infused water: strawberry + lime, cucumber + lemon, orange + blueberry, grapefruit, anything you come up with on your own!

((Be cautious about adding artificial sweeteners to hydration. They are counterproductive and harmful to the GI tract))

Hope you are loving this summer and staying well!

Love & Healing,

Jen
